Pros

A close-knit, passionate group of people working to deliver great products to the consumer. Family-owned for over 140 years.

Cons

Bissell runs lean meaning resources can sometimes be an issue.

One of the advantages of not having a lot of layers is that we can continue to make decisions quickly and that Associates at all levels make a significant contribution to the business. Pros

People at BISSELL are very friendly and passionate about the company. The company is not afraid to invest in its employees and in the business.

Cons

All VPs except for the VP of HR are white men. This is very common is most midwestern companies, but something that is needs to be changed, not only at BISSELL.
