The associates here are awesome! Everyone is willing to help and super nice. The culture here is incredible and fun. I love coming into work everyday, especially since everyday is different. The cafeteria here is amazing as well. the food is high quality and low price. There is no need to pack a lunch. This is honestly the best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

As of now there aren't any cons to working at BISSELL. I love it!

Pros

The ability to work in several aspects of the company is great. This includes the vacuum development group, deep cleaning development group, the test lab, and the model shop. The hands on experience that you gain from BISSELL is a big plus. The CAD and 3D printers are very useful and improve the development process.

Cons

There were no additional benefits (bonuses, gas cards, free lunches, etc.). It makes the company look cheap and no one wants to work for a company that is afraid to spend money. They charge for everything such as coffee. I feel like coffee improves productivity so it should be free. The lack of spending hurts them in several areas.
