Pros

BISSELL has a great culture and is a friendly place to work. The cafeteria alone is amazing. Mark, Cathy, and the rest of upper management are really friendly and even go out of their way to meet new temps.

Cons

As the world becomes more global, it is harder for smaller companies to compete as labor costs are high. In every department, it seems that people are doing the work of two people. And when a person is promoted their new job encompasses their last job's requirements too.

Pros

Cafeteria is good and nobody really checks to make sure you're using time wisely.

Cons

Leadership is virtually nonexistant. Culture is pretty toxic, major divide between people stuck in the past and those trying to do their best. Mark Bissell is the companies biggest weakness.
