With some exceptions, the individual contributor team members are collaborative, friendly, and hard-working

Cons

Management is in a panic over decreasing market share and profits, there is no clear vision or strategy, and the management team is all middle aged (or older) white males. BISSELL is the definition of an old boys' network and very 1940's Midwestern USA in approach.
