      Leadership has lost touch with the people who do all the hard work. They are distant and honestly do not care.

      Don't think about supply, they talk a good game

      Pros

      Seeing smiling patients. Relationships/friendships made at work place

      Cons

      Directors and managers do not support their supervisors. All they want are yes men/women. If you say anything or even try to people manage you will be harassed retaliated against and the terminated for little to no reason at all. If you do come on board remember one thing! Print out all emails and make sure you get specific detailed instructions in writing or they will tell you face to face one thing then tell you they never told you to do it.

      Benefits were competitive. High profile company.

      Cons

      Pay not all that great. Poor work/life management. Nurses eat their young. High turnover and high nurse/patient ratios . Middle management showed favoritism.
