      Keeping the welfare of patients in mind!

      Cons

      Bringing on a new CIO that within one year started terminating hundreds of full time employees that actually knew what they were doing and outsourcing their positions to a company from India that has no interest in the welfare of the company, employees and most of all the patients. It’s only a matter of time before the whole organization starts to suffer and becomes a side note in history. If you’re looking for an IT job, stay away from here!!

      Dedicated employees. Ok compensation. Meaningful projects.

      Cons

      Not sure of culture going forward since no warning of termination of 68 employees and 45 contractors. Do not feel advancement is objective by management.

      Charter is focused on patient healthcare throughout the system.

      Cons

      Hospital Sr. Leadership is intent on being independent from other hospitals in the system. Corporate Sr. Leadership is marginally aligned. No focus on strategic planning. Significant politics in middle-management and above. Adheres to "Bs hire Cs" portion of the philosophy that "As hire As, and Bs hire Cs".
