+ Nice people, friendly and non-biased + Opportunity to learn about the music industry, even without previous experience + Flexibility in terms of choosing projects, and the direction of growth + Flexible working hours & remote work

Cons

+ There is an effort put in getting more women on board, but still struggling to get to 50-50% + Higher chance of success for outgoing personalities + BMAT won't fit every type of personality - if you like being told what to do and how to do it, then it's better to search for another job. BMAT appreciates more proactivity and autonomous style of working

The place to work if you want to make a meaningful impact in the music industry. The company is growing a lot and there are plenty of new opportunities for internal career development. People here are smart, nice, and fun to work with.

Cons

Not a company for the ones who need rules, micromanaging, and a hierarchical structure of power. And, as the managers say, you need to come motivated from home.
