Amazing general experience at BMAT: After working full time in Bizdev for 2 years, I shared with the company my wish to quit and travel the world with a backpack. To support me, they offered to give me small jobs as a freelance, which allowed me to finance my trip without missing out on the experience. Years later, becoming a dad, I shared how I wanted to be present for my family and they accepted to let me work part-time from wherever I wanted. I love the trust and flexibility of BMAT, I feel connected with their mission and feel treated as human instead of just an employee. I always highly speak of BMAT and recommend it to anyone looking for a great working environment!
