      Pros

      Started working here straight out of college. Got great hands on experience working with talented people and interesting technologies and products. Very good facilities in Pune office. Flexible working hours, Work from home, good salary, holidays. Lots of engagement activities done by HR and management teams. Very nice place where you will enjoy the work and have fun at the same time.

      Cons

      You don't get much out of the half yearly appraisal system. If you're unlucky, new acquisitions can cause a lot of churn but that is a learning experience too.

      Pros

      The pay is competitive with a good portion being variable - this helps in keeping people motivated to work hard.. The company has a good brand value in the IT products and services space, and has a global presence.

      Cons

      Bad acquisition strategy, with most acquisitions just languishing. The company tries to create value from multiple products, but customers do not seem to buy into this vision. They missed the SAAS boat and are now struggling to find a way to stay relevant. Honestly I believe that the company has good engineering talent, but very bad management doing the execution and strategy. There is no real innovation and cutting edge work being done at this company. No people at the company who can be called "visionary".

      Pros

      Work hours are somewhat flexible along with opportunity to work from home. Lots of talented co-workers. Performance based bonus pay.

      Cons

      Since buyout there have been rounds of layoffs. There is a huge talent vacuum happening as developers either jump ship to other organizations or get laid off. Compensation is slightly below market average, and now that the company is private there is no stock option.
