Long and stressful hours. Long lasting projects, which change quite a lot. Not a good balance between work and life balance anymore. Salaries are quite low, no salary raises unless you are at the top 5%. A lot of support and maintenance work. Management does not always think of the good of the employees. Constant organizational changes. Award and recognition system is somewhat random and disappointing, Employee evaluations is strict and somewhat arbitrary No system for mangement evaluation.

The strategy is where there is no direction, growth is flat, and talent level has dissipated as roles aren't clearly defined and management is on a turntable as they are attempting to do more with less. Privately held after long stint as a public company aka the beginning of the end, the ship is slowly sinking. Wouldn't be shocked if a larger more nimble company bought the pieces eventually. Tons of complacent workers happy collecting a check. New customers are hard to obtain and lots of customers leaving.
