      People are great and relationships are what will make or break your experience.

      Job security no longer exists there and many, many of the most talented people have moved on.

      Pros

      BMC does have some good solutions that will deliver value to customers.

      Cons

      Too many internally competing products in certain groups. This is confusing to customers and sales will often pitch what delivers the biggest commission; not what is best for the customer. Terrible sales structure. Pressure for short term forecasting that simply inflates the pipeline with unqualified opportunities then no management support towards closure. Company does not value its employees, especially around long term development.

      Competitive pay but only because the company needs it to attract/retain top tier talent.

      Cons

      -Huge resource gaps / Company lacks best continuity, best practices -Sales people are Tier 2 / Tier 3 -Top heavy management who are ineffective and have no clear vision -Attrition rate unprecedented -Lack of innovation and brand awareness in the marketplace -Low employee morale
