      Pros

      The company is flexible and pays well. But there is lackluster management and structure, which I crave. I wake up each morning not having a clue what will be expected of me.

      Cons

      The company is also extremely woke. If you're not a protected class, you're always going to be used and abused.

      Talks about all modern capabilities including AI, cloud etc. its purely Marketing, but nothing is eye catchy or worth even to sway competition. They are losing market share to Service Now and others.

      Cons

      The company is a toxic workplace. They make you work like a donkey. Be very cautious before signing on.
