      Work with a workforce worldwide

      Cons

      BMC Software has turned from being a family to a group who dictates all actions, movements, and thought. Especially the SaaS group does not tolerate employees who free think for themselves. They micromanage every facet of every day. Working for this group is intolerable.

      Lots of training made it appealing to someone like me who was starting their career

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs/turnover every year I worked there-very little continuity/constantly shuffling between new managers/team members.
