BMC is an old-school bulky machine that pivots slowly. The company had recently been acquired when I was there and was trying to implement some change, but with many layers of management, what I was used to doing in 1-2 weeks at other companies took 5-6 weeks . Almost the entire demand marketing team has turned over since leaving. If you have an entrepreneurial nature, this is a tough place to work.

Management only looks at product lines they know and forget the others. No plans to assist even though the one they are ignoring is the top product and don't seem to care
