Management left enough room to execute the job and did not micro-manage the position. Expenses always paid on time.
Cons
Challenging internal sales environment and nine managers in five years left little room to develop healthy and longer-term team relationships. The management is heavily siloed. You are on your own if you are looking for career development that counts. You basically have to quit your job before applying for a different one within the same company.
