      Pros

      Decent benefits, ability to move around is great, friendly coworkers, Houston campus is nice with added benefits. Good discount tickets.

      Cons

      Management is very political about the simplistic things, this drags things on unnecessarily. With the recent layoffs and organization changes upper management is very insensitive. During the annual kickoff they even decided to show an inappropriate parody of the investors associated to making layoffs.

      Pros

      Good people to work with. Lower management seems to care about the empoyees

      Cons

      Middle Management doesn't appear to know what they are doing. However, this could change now that BMC has gone private. There is risk staying as there a probably drastic changes coming over the next 6-12 months.

      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance. Had the pleasure of working for a few very strong, intelligent and supportive managers. Colleagues in general are a pleasure to work with; very laid back and good spirited set of people.

      Cons

      Management (now) seems out of sync with the "little people." Very few opportunities for advancement. Any requisitions that come available are usually earmarked with a resource and the interview process is just a formality. A lot of big ideas and no actions to bring those ideas to fruition. The overall environment is beginning to seem stagnant and morale is steadily dropping.
