Fun and social team in Dublin Chance to learn from really skillful account mangers Strong products make it an easier sell Opportunity to earn a lot of money for a BDR role Flexible and supportive management in Dublin

Cons

Digital sales management outside of Ireland only cares about activity. Management in Ireland office block us from this but some does get through which can be annoying. Not much career development in Ireland. Nervous about the who I will be working with after the split.
