      Immediate team and structure above is great - smart & capable.

      Long established team is often stuck in their ways because they aren't given breathing room to try new things.

      A year in and a fabulous place to develop and excel

      Pros

      The first year is a real investment. For both parties. Hard work, great growth and learning but a major earnings dip. Company supportive. Management invest. Strategy solid, proposition very relevant and process world class. BMC makes me better.... though never worked as hard.

      Cons

      It’s hard work and if you are set in your ways, this is the wrong place. . But the rewards can be phenomenal. Sometimes the juice is worth the squeeze though.... Personal Growth can be painful...
