      Pros

      Senior people are technically strong and ready to share the knowledge. People are ready to listen to new ideas and even if idea get accepted or rejected , reasons are provided why yes and why not. This is a good learning curve. Working environment is nice and well decorated with bean bags and sofas where people can sit and work anytime. Phone booths apart from meeting rooms are in place which can be used to take up meetings . Snacks and soft drinks are available anytime . Everyone up the hierarchy is easily approachable. Being in research and development department of core remedy, we get opportunities to share ideas and implement the same if approved. Scope to learn is high and you can work on latest angular versions. Management embraces learning and sharing of knowledge and brain storming sessions and provide time to do that as well.

      Cons

      Politics is always there in almost in all organisations. It depends on project as well. It depends on how you deal the situation. Learning of 20 years old code is sometimes laborious and tedious with thousands of use cases. Sometimes because of product stability and almost none knows the whole product in and out so doesnot let them to change the heart of their product. Moreover to upgrade 1000s of client to new product is also sometimes difficult. Saying that but they have more advanced product in place with much more innovations and dynamism.But still date those products still donot have enough clients to make a good mark in the industry No onsite but payment is good enough to make it up for that.
