      Best company for people with long term association

      Pros

      You work for an enterprise software development company, whose products are used by Fortune 500 companies. Clients can receive the best support for BMC's products and their products are mostly stable and suitable for large enterprises.

      Cons

      Stiff competition from ServiceNow and open-source tools. Steep costs of their products make the clients take a second look at other vendors.
