      Pros

      Joined BMC this year post news in the press about a possible privitisation. Recently Privitised, BMC is now going through a period of significant change which is really exciting. We are going to be much more nimble and efficient and can now focus on areas of the market and our products that can make the biggest impact. Recent office move after significant investment in the UK which is really exciting. There will be other office moves with one of the the objective being to cater for growth.

      Cons

      Currently in the change curve so lots of noise and waiting to see what will happen. The team around me is more focussed on what everyone else is doing rather than what they should be doing.

      Pros

      good place ONLY if you have "job security", otherwise expect to be fired. Nice bonus every 6 months.

      Cons

      The location in Tel Aviv is awful - Ramat A'Hayal suffers from traffic jam every morning and evening There aren't too many opportunities for young talented people who seeks promotion. The site in Tel aviv is downsizing - each year more and more people are fired, of relocated to Tel Hai. Almost no benefits out of work such as Gym (used to be, but was closed), company weekends etc...The good friendly atmosphere is gone....
