      Pros

      Great pay while benefits have suffered over the past decade due to the Health Care craze. As long as you're doing a great job, they will take care of you and your scheduling needs.

      Cons

      Trying to advance one's career can be difficult as it's very competitive from within. Raises and bonus pay gets are tied to the company's success and economy which a large % of pay-out is out of the employee's control.

      Pros

      Wonderful company with a dynamic sales culture. BMC is a great place to make money and have fun. There is strong sales team on the West coast and we're always looking to add top flgiht talent. The sales ecosystem is special with great talent. Company just went private and has a tremendous opportunity in front of it.

      Cons

      A little uncertainty with going private, but all questions have been answered positively to date.

      Pros

      I worked at BMC for over 15 years and was very well paid and had a great deal of freedom for the first 10 years or so....we were building a company. If you can sell or part of the old boys sales team you are golden.

      Cons

      A culture of cut throats. Even when doing well there always seems someone is out to get you... gossip and misinformation are quite common. Complete lack of loyalty ...what have you done for me today! I had a couple of mediocre years and got canned.
