      Pros

      Culture of respect, hard work, innovation, a huge pool of highly talented people, brilliant new UK HQ office in Winnersh.

      Cons

      Lots of change going on (but think that's the same everywhere), it's very much a self serve environment so you need to be curious and work things out for yourself (but others always happy to help if asked)

      Overall issues: Job security is a big concern Strategy has not resulted into business growth in last couple of years India specific issues: Individual level growth is possible only if you are well connected Excessive emphasis on (& rewards associated with) unproductive activities Technical competence is equated with slideware and presentation skills Unresonable expectations combined with lack of understanding (business as well as technology) resulting into failures. Note: unreasonable expectations is a key ingradient for exceptional success, ONLY if it is combined with good understanding of business and technology. Lack of transperancy Time spent on unproductive (but still mandatory) meetings
