Seems like company not able to recover. After several layoff, privatization, huge outsourcing and based on poor sales results, people leaving and not seeing any future for this company. Management completely lost and not able to find any recovery path. Quality of the product so bad, you cannot expect any of new features to work in moths.. It is just another non successful company mostly located in India.

Office facilities are horrendous - new office with temperature issues - so you could be in the Bahamas or in Arctic. Management in UK and parts of USA are fond of micro-management, so you are constantly wary of actually forgetting to tell them you have completed a task. There is a lot of backstabbing in this organisation, which i have not found anywhere else during my many years of employment elsewhere, you cannot trust the feedback you are given by management because it is all dependent upon their mood of the day. You don't get paid bonuses on time or properly. There is a lot of talk about loyalty, but there is no such thing.
