Pros

I’ve worked at BMM for over five years but have worked in the gaming industry much longer than that. BMM is a great company. The executive team is kind, caring, and flexible. Work/life balance and a flexible schedule are embraced as much as possible without sacrificing client service. We embrace every culture and our employees’ individuality, and our dress code is casual. The company is doing very well financially and is focused on growth. We are now able to compete head-to-head with our largest competitor, offering the same testing services for every product in every gaming jurisdiction, plus cybersecurity solutions and free training. The pay is competitive, and our benefits are top-notch. The company pays for our medical insurance fully (for employees, not spouses or children), which is very generous.

Cons

We do a lot of impromptu potlucks. I’m not a fan, but most people like them, and it is good to see our team getting together socially. The lights in the restrooms are stark and white. Can you replace them with some warmer lights? Would be great to have an annual performance review process that is consistent globally.
