      Pros

      Great opportunity for entry level candidates to get their foot in the door. Friendly environment within the branch. Managers are not too overbearing (more laid back and easily relatable). Great customer base.

      Cons

      This is only from personal experience and I am not speaking on behalf of other employees at BMO. Hard to move to a higher position within the branch. Managers sometimes will turn a blind eye when you have questions and concerns. Little attention paid towards employee mentor-ship.

      Pros

      My first real job was with BMO and surprisingly good. The company adopts technology and is willing to change to improve performance. I also had the best boss there I have ever had.

      I found management too sales focused.
