      Pros

      The pay was good and when they laid a bunch of us off we got a decent severance.

      Cons

      They wont hesitate to lay you off for short term financial benefit. The dept I was in was a mess.

      Stressful sales environment. Often short-staffed. Very specific career paths, seemingly one size fits all.

      Pros

      5% 401k match no vesting period. $1000 HSA contribution for individual insured. 10% ESPP discount (no look-back). Vacation time.

      Cons

      They hated how I sold a bunch of money markets and CD’s, as it didn’t reflect positively in the company’s sales metric. Why? Because they actually had to pay interest. However, because of fractional reserve banking, I know I made the company a ton of money. Regardless of what the company felt, the customers always came back to me, thankful.
