Work/Life Balance - ability to work remotely. This perk is what is keeping people here, not the money!

Cons

The salary increases and bonus are extremely poor. I was given a range of the bonus when I accepted my offer on the basis of a good review. I received a good review and got less than a quarter of what the lowest number was. Others were worse off than I was! I basically took a cut to come here, which is exactly what I told them I wouldn't do. Raise was 1.67% and was told it was lower than that across the board, so I got "above the average"

They invest in providing the "best possible candidate experience", and claim to be "dedicated to the continued enhancement of our recruitment processes". That's all fine and dandy, but they should be dedicated to RETAINING their qualified employees

Cons

They are only good for interviewing practice. Once you begin working there, you will quickly realize that the company does NOT care about you or your career advancement. Employee retention & recognition is pathetic They are notorious for being CHEAP, and pay their employees well under market value

Telecommuting option, short work day, autonomy. Everyone sticks to their own work and stick to minimum work required.

Cons

Lack of promotional opportunities , little incentives for top performers and no consequences for poor performers. Management is changing often and analyst turnover is high due to below industry pay.
