Learn good skills Company is starting to find some direction If you reach out, there are people who are willing to help/mentor There's a variety of employee resource groups that help build skills outside of work
Cons
Benefits such as mentoring and professional development programs are not publicized so people don't take advantage of them The pay is disrespectful. Far under what the street is offering. The work is not engaging and you feel like your working towards no goal No training Lack of staff Managers don't communicate well People are ok with the way things are No reward for hard work
