Layoffs and office politics overshadow good opportunities

-> good company, people were good around in wealth but very subjective depend on team/luck -> good learning oppurtunity if you are self willing to collaborate with other teams -> decent compensation

Cons

-> frequent layoffs -> politics at higher leadership -> get out quick if you are stuck in wrong team you'll feel that in a month
