Poor management, you dont get updated on many things happening within the team unless you hear from someone else when it should be coming from a manager. In the time I have been with my team I have seen a fairly high number of employees leaving the company which is something I have never experienced in the many companies I have previously worked at. Compensation is fairly low compared to competitors to the point that they will start you on the same salary as someone with zero experience starting at the same time as you. And the office culture varies from team to team, unfortunate for me, my team has no culture.

This company lays off at least every quarter to manage their bottom line. They are ruthless and impersonal. There is no such thing as professional development here. They could care less about you. I don't recommend this company for anyone. They have no morals and no commitment to their employees. If I could rate a zero, I would.
