      Not a place for innovation or idea sharing

      Pros

      Nice vacation/sick package offered. Some get more than others

      Cons

      Extreme micro-management, horrible benefits ($400 a month for dental!), and NO best practice procedures for onboarding of new employees. Day-to-day is run with the premise of, "this is just how we've always done things here, and will do things here because it works." Nope.

      Doesn’t have anything together.

      Pros

      Helped out many local banks by giving them business since they didn’t want it.

      Cons

      Doesn’t care about employees or customers going through merger changes. No one seems to be able to answer simple questions about online or changes to accounts. They keep saying they will call back with answers to simple problems that should have been resolved however they never do.

      LOVE this place!

      Pros

      Stability, work/life balance, internal mobility, strong culture of team work and internal partnership, the company and leadership truly cares about it's employees and the communities we serve. I have been with the organization going on 12 years and I have been afforded many growth and development opportunities over the years. Our 401K matching program is better than any others in our industry and significantly rewards tenure with the organization.

      Cons

      The only con I can speak to would be limited equity opportunities.
