Great atmosphere that promotes teamwork. Technical support stays on top of any requests made. Loan processing team is knowledgeable into making our closing deadlines. Company promotes training for advancement in your career in all aspects of banking.

Cons

Systems are not very user friendly but training is provided to understand them and get familiar with.

Pros

BOK Financial cares about the community and employee growth above anything else. The company itself makes financial contributions but employees give their time to giving back and a lot of it. Volunteering, a strong leadership team, and internal growth opportunities will keep me at the bank long term.

Cons

While banking in general is typically more conservative, I would like to see BOKF be more progressive and open to new ideas.
