The ACT program is great! We are exposed to all of the senior leadership within the company and spend time getting to know about their career paths. You are trained in every area of wealth before getting placed in a job which was great for someone like me who wasn't exactly sure where my strengths would fit into the company. On top of the excellent training, you are able to spend time getting to know the other ACT associates which provides leverage as we launch into careers.

Cons

Spending a year waiting to have a real job can be tiring. Every day is like an interview with a potential new employer.

Pros

Excellent professional development training and mentor-ship. You get the opportunity to meet and network with almost every C-Suite executive and many more high level employees. Dedicated staff in the ACT program to guide you and help with issues that inevitably happen as one enters the workforce from college. Although you rotate through different departments, you receive real responsibilities that add value to the business. You are not just a full time intern.

Cons

Due to the highly structured nature of the program you are advised to ask at the start of the program for any vacation time you would wish to have for the next year. If you do not ask off that far in advance, expect to only have Christmas week off.
