Pros

I started my career at BOK Financial right out of college and have been here for 5 years. The organization has an amazing culture of inclusion and a strong community presence. I feel like my management team genuinely cares about my development and encourages me to grow in my career. The benefits, especially the 401K plan is very competitive.

Cons

The organization does run lean but this fosters a strong sense of collaboration between teams to get everything done.

Pros

When I was hired I was embraced with open arms. I'm blessed to work for a phenomenal leader who walks the walk and talks the talk. My boss is open to my ideas, even if she doesn't always implement them. They truly care about the communities they serve. Employee engagement is a big priority. A lot of promotions happen within and they encourage internal mobility. People are genuine and do care and want to help one another achieve their goals and dreams.

Cons

Teams are run very lean. It takes an act of congress to add an FTE. The bank does not have name recognition in all markets it serves which makes it harder to attract talent.
