Pros

Not many pros. Corrupt company only focused on money. Not interested in their people.

Cons

Racist environment. Clearly segregated. Minorities not welcome unless effeminate or weaklings. Opinions not welcome. Management and Superiors clearly sleeping with Female employees who are kept around as eye candy. Money over everything. Look down on poor or minorities. Not a welcoming environment.

Generally friendly management and kitchen.

Cons

Unequal amount of work-sharing. Gave new employees from other restaurants the leisure to sit around while the full-time employees did all the heavy lifting.

The only positive was the employee discount for food.

Cons

- Extremely unprofessional - Experienced a great deal of uncomfortable circumstances involving upper management - Promotions and job opportunities were based off of connections and "playing the game" - Dangerous work environment for young women - No human resources department. The company has over 1,000 employees within their corporate office and 15+ restaurants - Felt that it was expected to cater to the men in upper management - The CEO and owner would frequently comment on my appearance, rather than my work - Inappropriate touching - Very little work/life balance - Gossip is the main form of communication on all levels
