Free food. I guess. And meeting non-BRG people.

Cons

Little to no structure or communication in corporate office Extremely unprofessional and unorganized Experienced a great deal of uncomfortable circumstances (including bullying) involving upper management (both male and female) Promotions and opportunities are based on personal relationships, not work Extremely dangerous and toxic environment for young women and/or non-white, non-heteronormative people No HR Department (or even one HR person) for a company with over 1,000 employees No code of conduct enforced Extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional conduct from senior management, including CEO and owner Salaries are based on personal relationships, not work experience

A true divide between employees because of drama and unconcerned managers

Learning experience and hands on with quality ingredients, can get experience on line and in production Nothing else positive to say

Cons

Management is cocky and has a superiority issue. They take that and are rude to employees and interns and don't value their time or effort. They never admit when they are in the wrong and have even said that they have good lawyers so they aren't worried about being sued.

Pros

Prestige of working for a star chef, free food, opportunity to improve skills and do different things. Some nice people there.

Cons

The pay, the pay, the pay. Despite experience/skills cooks are paid the lowest rates around town. Promised raises never happened. Due to shortege of skilled cooks mostly bottom feeders, kids, and fry cooks work there.
