Pros

BRG's talent includes some of the most brilliant minds in business, academia, government and business in the world. Also, its network enables BRG to identify subject matter experts as needed. The words Glassdoor and BRG deserve to be used in the same sentence.

Cons

BRG is a relatively young firm. BRG's attention to training and other administrative matters important to its professional staff is developing and evolving over time. BRG should continue to dedicate appropriate attention to the professional staff and their development.

Pros

Open and friendly working environment. Everyone is very intelligent, driven, and eager to help others succeed, and learn new skills.

Cons

Unhealthy work-life balance and mentality. At the junior staff level, advancement throughout the company is slow, and opportunities to gain experience managing and functioning in client-facing situations are hard to come by.
