Cons
HPI practice struggles with how to deliver services and keep top notch staff. The client needs are changing and MDs are reacting. The MDs and leadership group is a mixed bag. Some MDs and ADs are abusive to consultants/project teams and play favorites creating a toxic work environment. Several MDs/ADs are very new to managing full blown projects which creates extra work for staff, project failures and in some cases do not own up to mistakes and mismanagement of the client. Bonus payouts are a disappointment for many; most likely a result of below market bonus targets. Work load is not balanced; some consultants are tasked with multiple projects/clients while others have only one. If it wasn't for the client base I would not be here.
