      Lack of boundaries as they expect you to take home work with you and be available when on break You don't pick your managers and many of them can be very demanding and stressful to work with

      Pros

      Surrounded by bright colleagues, you will learn a ton. Work varies widely by team, but if you drive your choice in work you can be successful and fulfilled here. Managers can be helpful for finding next gig, but that’s a double edged sword of being pulled off interesting projects if you express desire to leave.

      Cons

      Below market pay, very poor work life balance, some managers are very rude and unprofessional. Company emphasizes profit over employee wellbeing. It’s consulting - that’s fine. Just know what you’re getting into. White males. Not much else.
