      Growing company, entrepreneurial spirit, can take on a lot of responsibilities if willing

      Cons

      Being a workaholic is valued above all else. If not, you're deemed as disloyal/not committed to the team. Any attempt at WLB is not even tried. Behind on verbal communication trends - unhinged white male banker treatment of juniors is not unusual.

      Pros

      BRG was a decent place to begin a career in consulting, with focus on learning SQL and Tableau

      Cons

      Many other consultancies offer better pay and benefits packages; BRG does not offer a competitive career compensation trajectory (evident by lots of turnover in junior consultants). There was lots of gate-keeping regarding taking on more responsibilities and taking “the next step.” There is poor diversity at the company, which is strongly reflected in the company’s/office’s culture and leadership. Senior management has lots of room for improvement.
