Great place to learn, but employees are not valued or respected (use & throw)

Pros

Excellent pay, lot of exposure, accelerated learning curve

Cons

Doesn’t value’s employees, since replacements are easy to find ! In the one and half years I worked there saw entire management was fired overnight (!). No job security! Slow Lack of innovation
