Not a family friendly company in the slightest (unless you work in the marketing team and then you can get away with doing what hours you like!) The sales team in this business do not support returning back to work after having a baby in any flexible working way. I put forward many options to return to my career, compressed hours in 4 days, half a day off etc just some flexibility to help me with the huge cost of childcare and nothing. I was told the business can't support this. After leaving and writing to the company owner, I was ignored. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY - AVOID unless your face fits of course (like the marketing team) one rule for one...
