Pros

* The pay is very competitive for full-time employees and the benefits package is AMAZING! Internships are also paid with a chance to become a full-time employee at the end of the internship. * The work atmosphere is very laid back but everyone remains focused on doing their job and doing it well. * The Owners treat the employees VERY well with bonuses, raises, cook-outs, Christmas parties and Summer parties. * The potential for growth as an employee is also a key Pro. Each day you are presented with opportunities to take on new projects and assert yourself in new ways. Managers notice when you take the extra effort to help out and tackle new projects and the compensation is very nice!

Cons

* As the company continues to grow with new clients, new employees are needed. Therefore the training program needs to be buffed a little. As a current employee, I can state that this area is very actively being worked on so that future interns are provided with a very informative and helpful training program to help them learn the various software programs.

Pros

I have loved every minute of working at BS&A Software. My previous employer did not care about their customers or their employees, so coming to BS&A has been a dream come true. They value each and every customer and employee that they have. The pay and the benefits are great and they provide a professional yet laid back work environment. I love the fact that they are not looking over your shoulders every day and whenever you need help everyone is always willing to do whatever they can.

Pros

Working at BS&A Software I feel like my voice and opinion matters. The work atmosphere at BS&A Software is very comfortable, with a 'family' feel and an open door policy. Annual reviews keep employees on a path to completing goals and producing results which are rewarded. Great benefit package with a employer matched 401K plan. BS&A knows how to treat both their employees and customers.

Cons

As with any growing company, communication between management and departments is always an area where advancements can be made. Keeping employees informed of changes and happenings between departments is important.
