      A good basic salary, extensive benefits package that was attractive , it employees many passionate colleagues who want to deliver excellent service to help clients grow their businesses. BSI believes in hiring the best and developing employees skills with many having worked for BSI for 20 plus years. A growing business that is looking to attract great people with fresh ideas. Looking to develop my career at BSI

      to be honest I have been thinking for 5 minutes and there are not really any other then the workload which can be time demanding.

      Pros

      The benefits are great. You get 4 weeks off and a week for Christmas. The medical benefits are pretty good also for a family and a single person.

      Cons

      no privacy. I can hear everyone talking. it is like a large bull pen. the offices are made of glass and you can hear the conversations.

      Opportunities for advancement vary from period to period. BSI fosters growth as well as movement from within the organization. BSI encourages lateral movements and movement across countries. We have several employees who are seconded to the USA from other countries – and we have employees from the USA operation in other countries. We appreciate your insights.

      Pros

      I work for BSI in the UK Marketing department and I have to say, I thoroughly enjoy it. I am based in the Milton Keynes office which is modern, and just a great environment to work in. The UK management team are forward thinking and open to new ideas. If you have suggestions they will get listened to and implemented fast. There are plenty of opportunities to progress your career at BSI.
