      Great if you just want a paycheck and nothing more

      Pros

      - Steady income - Nobody pushing you - Flexible working - Can get training you're interested in if you ask

      Cons

      - Initial salary low - Progression is very slow - No sense of achievement within the team - People seem to only be there just for the sake of having a day job

      - Despite being an established organization, the company still has an entrepreneurial spirit and is willing to trying new initiatives - Employees are empowered to take on meaningful projects - Everyone in the company is very friendly and cooperative - Very good benefits on top of all this

      Cons

      - Compensation is good, but not the main driver for working here - Can get overloaded with projects if you're not careful

      Changing culture and good personal development

      Pros

      Reviewing staff development and progression has been made more important recently which makes you feel like you're contributing to the success of the company. Great benefits and salary. Good management with the opportunity to give upward feedback. Pretty open culture, always looking to improve. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Some people within the company are old school but the culture is changing in the organisation. Would like to see more females and younger people in senior management and on the board.
