      Pros

      Some decent and hardworking people. Cooperation between co-workers during crunch periods. Company events ok.

      Cons

      A lot of good employees left because of poor management, favoritism, and really low pay. The competition is beating them on a regular basis.

      sterile atmoshphere in chiswick, slow paced, not much energy, no reward for high performance, extremely risk averse
