      Micro-managed. Underpaid

      The canteen, onsite parking, modern building, Nothing else.,

      Cons

      Commission, may seem achievable but plenty of claw backs in place to prevent reaching it. Micromanaged, 3 hours a day minimum or no commission is paid. Power hours thankfully have gone, but you have key calling times (practically all day!) no admin, quotes etc. to be done in this time. Boss has his favourites, they get to cherry pick their leads and somehow hit target every month by managing to make on average, 5 dials a day! AVOID AVOID AVOID

      leadership less hierarchical than before good movement in terms of sales/profit in difficult times

      leadership out of touch with those that do the work emphasis on qualifications and how things look rather than getting things done effectively very political
