Pros

BSI's been in business for 100 years. Benefits are above average compared to most companies (low employee premiums, very good 401k match, employer paid benefits, 20 days of paid time off, holidays and extra holiday week off). Employees are dedicated and work very hard. Most employees genuinely aspire to excel in what they do and try to influence not only colleagues but also clients to do the same. Culture is generally positive. Lateral movement is welcomed and encouraged.

Cons

Company is flat and there is not much room for upward movement. This is however transparent for when employees are hired.
