Pros
BSI has a great Senior Management team especially on the Compliance and Certification / Auditing side. Benefits are excellent for Sr. Management staff including tax differed bonuses based upon company revenue, annual executive retreat. Staff are generally hard who personal invested in the organizations success.
Cons
However, moral is the worst of any organization I been affiliated with since the new President came on board in 2009. In two years there has been a mass exodus of the most talented people and dedicated people in the organization including a 90% turnover in the sales department and a 50% turnover in Sr. Management. The work environment is now oppressive and authoritarian in nature with no opinions allowed other than that of the president.
